Start with dates and addresses
Confirm the destination country, new address and move-out date. Discuss storage early if the new home is not ready. Distinguish fixed dates, such as a tenancy ending, from dates you can move. Consider your own travel and work commitments alongside the shipment.
Build an inventory
Work room by room and decide what to move, sell or leave behind. Record large-item dimensions, box quantities and special packing needs. Photos help but do not replace a written inventory. Include whether you want professional packing.
Agree the scope
Check packing, loading, border coordination, unloading and assembly in the written quotation. Share floor, lift and parking details for both properties. Verify documents for the destination and keep names, addresses and inventory details consistent.
At delivery
Check items against the numbered inventory and record visible issues at handover. Keep your first-night essentials, medicines, chargers and personal documents outside the moving vehicle so they remain accessible.
Turn your moving plan into a quote
Share your collection and delivery cities, inventory and preferred date. We can discuss packing, assembly and storage needs together.
