Distinguish a residence transfer from a purchase
Moving belongings you already use and sending newly purchased furniture are not the same situation. Tell the mover whether you are transferring your residence, and identify new goods separately in the inventory.

Zoll describes personal property on transfer of residence as Übersiedlungsgut and explains relief conditions and declaration form 0350. Confirm which residence, use and timing evidence applies to your case. Relief is not automatic; the customs authority makes the decision.
Before collection
Confirm your collection city and district in Türkiye, full delivery address, inventory and document requirements. Keep originals with you. Ask which customs services and public charges are included in the quotation. This is preparation guidance, not a binding customs opinion.
