If the storage period is uncertain, give an expected range. Identify items you may need before packing. Keep everyday essentials separately to avoid reopening the shipment.
Use an inventory
Number boxes and furniture and record packing condition. Check whether storage, transport to storage and redelivery are separate quotation items.
Coordinate release
Arrange redelivery once key collection is confirmed. Access at the new address may differ. If dates or quantities change, confirm the revised plan and cost in writing.
